Is it just me or is M$ asp.net webmatrix unusably buggy?

I'm using webmatrix for a class to design websites and I honestly think this is another one of M$'s nefarious broken but free offerings.

ie when switching between code and wysiwyg editor stuff gets randomly rearranged and resized irreverseably even though i haven't changed anything in either editor.

I'm not asking for help but let respond if you've used it and like it or if you prefer notepad
