is it just me? or is hotmail down?

I tried replying to a hotmail email using my outlook express.. oddly it wouldnt send..

So I goto www.hotmail.com type username and password... takes me to another page that says "Please re-enter your password"

I retype.... then same thing..

does that mean they are down? or did my account get hacked into.. =\
