Is it just me, or does the new Winamp sucks?

When I play a song, it doesn't even come out in all of my 5 speakers. I only hear it loud in one speakers and when I play it in Windows Media Player 10, it comes out as 5.1. Good thing I still have Winamp 3 cause it the sound comes out in all my speakers. Anybody have any good programs for me to download to use to play my mp3s?
 
Well I'm just saying that when I play a song in winamp, it doesn't come out in all of my speakers. When I play the song in wmp 10, the song comes out in all of my logitech z-640 speakers
 
Alright tell me how to setup fobar right so the sound comes out in all my speakers cause right now I only hear it comeing out my left speaker the most.
 
foobar...but it sounds like you're more into the flashy stuff (for instance, hearing it "loud" and out of all 5 speakers even though it's a 2-channel source), so maybe Quintessential?
 
its not winamp that sucks its your ability to use it, winamp 5.05 plays 5.1 just fine for me, and i didnt do anything special just installed it, in my sound card prefs i have it set for 5 speakers and boom good to go
