Is it just me or does my nforce 2 stutters alot?

This is so gay, when I first started playing music on this board using the MSI K7N2-Delta-L onboard sound, I got a lot of stuttering as I would open up programs and whatever. So I put in my TBSC to see if that'll fix the problem but I'm still getting stuttering as the music plays and its really annoying. I don't remember getting any of this stuttering when I had my old P3 993MHz computer. What the hell!!!!

OMG its so fu*king annoying!!!! It would stutter for like two seconds in the middle of a song! Is there anything I can do?
