Thier customer service is practically non-existant. No 1-800 number, just a long distance phone number and when you call it you are told to expect to wait at least 1/2 hour before you will get a person.
The one link on their website that can be used to send an email to them is extremely hard to find and is often REMOVED from the website especially when it appears that they are having server problems.
And, oh yes, you can get PRIORITY support for only $7.50 per call.
I recently switched hosting to godaddy.com from register.com and this has turned out to be a huge mistake. The transfer took forever because I could not get answers to simple questions from godaddy without waiting 24 hours per question. Their email servers appear to have been down for the past two days and now that they appear to be up again, I still can't e-mail anyone outside of my domain...
