Is it just me, or do the LiveWare drivers SUCK!?

I just installed the latest LiveWare for my SB Live! Value card. Now everything is reeeaally quiet, and I have to crank up my volume a bunch. And I have to raise the volume & wave sliders all the way, which I don't like doing.. normally, 50% is suitable. What's w/ Creative? I think they blow, big time... can't wait to get my AudioPhile 24/96 card to replace this junk.

If anyone has a workaround for this low volume issue, let me know.. thanks!
