Is it just me or do all eVGA cards suck?

I ordered two 6600gts. When I got them, one of the fans was busted off, so I sent it back and got another one. Now that I try and set them in SLI mode, it doesnt work. I set it in BIOS but the nvidia drivers wont detect them (yes, theyre updated). Now I have to call customer support AGAIN

could be your board, and not the cards.

eVGA are the best out there for nV right now. I have had zero problems with my 6800GT, and most others are the same way. It sucks that one of the fans busted off, but it's not like that's eVGA's fault. They wouldn't send out a card like that. That would be just plain dumb on their part.

eVGA is excellent. Their customer service IMO is second to none. I have a LeadTek 6600GT myself right now, simply because Anand rated them the highest, but eVGA was next on the list.

Did you flip the little card between the PCIe slots to enable SLI?

Yep, I love EVGA as well. Their warranty isn't great. But their cards are awsome. Also, I have heard A LOT of problems with SLI so it is most likly bios/mobo related insted of a borked vid card.

Serves you right for buying two 6600GTs when you could have just bought a single 6800 GT for the price or less and gotten the same performance. :p
