Is it jsut me or does adding extra memory to cellphones make their battery life skyrocket?

Best damn $15 I've spent in a while (1GB miniSD)

1GB? Lightweight...I got the 2 gig son! Dunno about battery life though, I put the card in about 2 minutes after I turned on the phone for the first time.

1) It's a Mini-SD card not a Micro-SD
2) Only needs to be powered if accessed, so not really
3) I highly doubt battery life would skyrocket from a added memory card

wow..didn't know it was new. I thought it was the old update that included "push"...might have to get this pronto

It's just the morphine talking I guess .....I swear using it with a low amount of available memory always killed the battery for me...meh...just glad I have the space now for attachments and crap
