Is it in bad taste to dress up like a communist for Halloween?

Okay, so I've got one of those big furry hats with the the USSR Hammer and Sickle (got it in Alaska), I also have a big trenchcoat , boots, and a mini AK47 toy, would a lot of people be offended if I dressed up like this?

Disclaimer for the paranoid: No, I dont support any communist/socialist ideals etc
