The legal peril for the customer is solicitation of prostitution (in most jurisdictions). Solicitation of video taping is arguably not the same thing, but you might end up having to make that argument to a judge.

Distribution of the movie would open up another can of worms (documentation, proof of age, etc.) but if you were not intending on commercial distribution...

1. you have to go shopping with or for her instead of just handing her a crumpled wad.
2. she's probably staying the whole night (but you can rest easy knowing she's not robbing you, so we'll call this one a toss up).
3. more often than not, you won't be able to tag your girl in the butt on shoes alone. that's a more long term investment.
