Uterrly useless as even petty vengeance. The people who approved using the shady rebate company will not be affected in the slightest and you'll have no effect on the company profits. Only the innocent store worker will suffer.

I'm a hopeless goody-two shoes who ignores most of the Hot Deals PM & coupon shadyness but in this case I'd say you're ethically entitiled to get your money back that way. Of course if you've already made more than the lost rebate in questionable PM and coupon use at o'max I'd put it down to karma and say to take it as part of the Hot Deals game.

push is such a strong word...placing the items on the floor however is not illegal and will only get you kicked out of the store :D done it at walmart...make entire coke forts in the middle of the isles at 2am...
I'm sure a paper box fort would be even better at OM...just hold out for as long with as many paperclips and rubber bands as possible :D

You need to rethink this. Who are you really getting back at? Grow the hell up.

*raises hand* im the innocent store worker
so i hope you don't live in the dfw area :Q

but most of our managers (least where ive worked) are nice enough to help you if you come in and tell them about the rebate problem instead of calling anywhere and trying to fix it that way

Just file a complaint.

There's a great rebates thread in Hot Deals, with the appropriate #'s.

I'm pretty tired of harassing the fulfillment houses myself...
