Is it harder to stay up really late or wake up really early?

I highly regretted what I did during the school year. I'd basically stay up until ~2:00am and then say "I'll wake up at 6:00am and finish." I wouldn't wake up until like 7:15am 🙁

Harder to stay up late.

I jump right out of bed at 5:30 am every weekday with no problems. Usually out of bed and in the shower a minuite or two after the tv turns on.
