1. Open case. Remove huge black plastic funnel that covers CPU on one end and snaps into the rear fan grill on the other.
2. Remove old CPU.
3. Install new CPU.
4. Forget putting the plastic thing back on. Its a waste. A normal HSF is better, and if you buy the CPU retail, it comes with it.
