S sohcrates Diamond Member Sep 19, 2000 7,949 0 0 Jan 3, 2002 #2 Many scanners don't even have on/ off switches, so i wouldn't be worried about that as far as printers, i've left all mine on for years 27-7 and never noticed anything with monitors, the key would be to have a power saving mode come on, at least after several hours... edit: woops, make that 24-7
