The "Body for Life" program entails eating 5 or 6 times a day, SMALL PORTIONS. One portion of protein (fish, lean chicken, lean beef, lean pork tendrloin, soybeans, light cottage cheese, etc) about the size of your palm, and one portion of carbs (potato with skin, brown rice, piece of fruit, but no processed carbs like breads) about the size of your fist. Eat 5 or 6 meals a day like this for 6 out of 7 days a week. Day 7 = UNLIMITED. Pretty soon, your body won't be able to stand the heavy fat-laden foods, so yuo end up eating sensibly on the 7th day, also. The whole Body for Life challenge only takes 90 days. Eat like that, exercise for at least 20 mins (30-45 is plenty for most people) 6 days/week, and after 90 days, you're money.
