Depends on if I'm going to the NBA or to war (don't want to catch stray bullets from being too big).

Tall. You have a physical advantage, however slight, over the majority of short people. Not so for short people.

are considered more attractive

Yes but shorter people tend to have better posture.

I've always found that kind of funny

5'5" Here

Have had no problems with it thus far.

I don't think I believe that taller necessarily equates to a higher level success. It might have initial impressions on people, but skill, ability, intelligence and personality have much more weight.

It's been proven that tall men are more successful, get better quality stock (ladies) and much more.

Yes, it's much better being tall. You command respect just by your presence.

Like I said, maybe at the onset, but it will only get you so far. You can be 6'2" and dumb as a rock, or ugly as hell. Respect is not something people give away arbitrarily... usually it is given due to qualities I mentioned earlier.

But then, I'm 5'5"... what do I know.:D

meh, respect is earned in the first 60 seconds. Being tall just helps that process.

Just look at all the studies about it. Tall = more successful. Short people are facing an uphill battle from the get go.
