Is it even theoretically possible to overclock on a Q45 board?

I have an Intel DQ45CB motherboard. When I bought it I never even had the faintest intention of overclocking, as it was just to be used as a file server. Well, things have changed, now I want to use some old parts as a Steam box, and I'd like to overclock my Q9550 a bit to squeeze every last ounce out of this platform. Obviously the stock BIOS doesn't have any overclocking options. Is there a third-party BIOS/BIOS mod I can install that does allow overclocking? Are there any software overclocking options? I've tried ClockGen and SetFSB; they don't seem to support my PLL (I believe it's SLG8XP548T), but I don't know if I have other options. I just find it hard to believe this could be a literally impossible task.

SpeedFan has some clock settings but I don't see Intel in their motherboard list.
