There was actually a made for tv movie about this about 10 or 15 years ago. Don't remember too much of it, other than the father (with a teen son) marrying a woman (with a teen daughter) and the two kids falling in love. Interesting concept.

Its odd, but this is certainly a repost. I forgive you though as it is such an unusual topic that no one would think of searching for it.

Short term it can work, and work very well. Long term I have doubts. There are just far too many things that can go wrong. Just imagine if one of the couples had a bitter divorce and then had to be there at every holiday when the family gets together - you'll likely distroy the entire family bond even those not directly in one of the marriages.

Actor/Director Woody Allen left his wife Mia Farrow and married one of the children that he and Mia had legally adopted together. It was a huge scandal at the time. The outcome was that the law did not cover this scenario and according to CPS and the courts, it was not illegal. Go figure.

Just because you caught your sister in the shower (Pics?) and popped a woody, doesnt mean it's ok to hit it.

I suppose there isn't anything technically wrong with it, because you aren't actually related. It would be a pretty odd situation though.

I'd make a funny remark about an ATOT member and his niece, if I could only remember his name.

Is there a story about this??

Yes, a guy posted a thread on that he accidently touched his niece's breast, and that he wanted to be good friends with her but she looked different at him afterwards (Strange eh? :p ).

Was a few years ago, but I've been away a while. Can't remember what his name was...

Edit: It was Luvya :p
Found back a thread I posted ages ago pointing at the story
