Is it considered weird to buy a pair of pants and wear it out of the store?

In Texas, a hot February morning can turn into a freezing February afternoon...Suppose I'm caught out at an outdoor mall and there's a Gap and I was in the market for pants anyway...

Whatever...I've done it at least a couple times in my life

i was going out to dinner and was in hurry. i had to buy a shirt and shoes too.

Haven't done it with pants, but did it with a sweater. It was cold, so I walked into a store in my tshirt, picked up a sweater, paid for it, walked into fitting room to take off current tshirt, and walked out.

I hate wearing any clothes I buy until they've been washed, personally.

Also, if they were folded in the store, you'll look like a tool with all the creases on them from the folds. People do this with shirts all the time...I wonder if they realize how stupid they look.

agree on the folding part. but otherwise, i don't think it's an issue.
