Every single time I go out drinking I suffer from black-outs. Some nights I will remember bits and pieces, some nights I will only remember a single significant incident. More often than not I will forget how I got home. I can never remember a full evening.

No, I don't have a problem. I drink once a week. When I do drink, only on Saturday's, I always binge drink. I don't have any trouble remaining sober during the week.

I'm going to get pissed tonight.

Binge drinking is bad too. :p

I black out occassionally, but it takes a _lot_ of alcohol. The last time ended up _really_ well for me too.

Do you think its bad that I woke up still drunk, then started drinking again at 2pm? And that I plan on getting obliterated this evening?

Are you sore? If no, is there vaseline anywhere on your body? If no, you're probably fine.

Nah, that's not a drinking problem.
I think the AA perceives weekly scheduled binge drinking as normal.
Everyone binge drinks on Saturdays (except the people who binge drink on Fridays) to the point where we black out and forget everything. Ignore any possibility that there are any people capable of going out and having a good time without getting so drunk that they black out.

It's possible to binge drink multiple times per week without being an alcoholic.

Been there. The worse part is waking up trying to figure out what happened then realizing that you'll never know. Unless someone caught it on tape, then you hope that nobody had a camera :D.

And friends are always evil enough to make up a few events to spice up the story.
