is it bad to workout when you have a cold?

I don't think so. It's better to get over the cold first. Your body can't fight the cold as strongly if you're using energy on other stuff

Yes. Conserve your energy. Let your body work on fighting the cold instead of spending valuable energy on physical fitness.

You're definitely not going to do much good. I'd say you can skip it. I tried working out when I was sick and I got such a bad head rush that I almost dropped 200 pounds on myself.

Your body is spending all its energy to get rid of whatever virus you have right now. Doing a heavy workout routine is going to really tax your body, and you will regret it I guarantee

Probably not a good idea, but I don't like to interrupt my workout either. I even ran 3 miles on a sprained ankle ( I did cut it from 5).

<< alright no workout thanks. >>

good for you. the faster you heal, the faster you can continue working out.
