...is getting me into reading comic books?

i've never really liked any of this stuff...b/c i found the graphics to be too confusing and the dialogue crap...but i'm reading this one about people born w/ superpowers..and it's actually quite interesting. So is it "ungirly" of me to be reading comic books? 😛
 
No there's nothing wrong of it. Think of it this way:

Its better you read comic books than he starts reading girly stuff and watching chick flicks, right?

I think it's cute when he gets all sensitive and stuff. b/c he rarely shows his emotions...I find it very cute and sweet when he does. And what's wrong w/ a guy watching chick flicks??

My wife likes Star Trek and any Science Fiction. I love her lots.

BTW there are plenty of "girly" comics that are story motivated. There are even girl comics writers\artists.

the stuff is out there you just have to look a bit harder. Go to a "good" comic store with a helpful staff and see if you can't find something you like.

And if you people cant see the idiocy of my posts you all should just lay down and die. Why shouldnt women read comics or play video games? Why do we live in a society where women have to question those actions?

Oh..he's not like...making me like it. Just by being around him..and watching him reading...I got curious. I've always been into anime and stuff like that...so I guess comics aren't that much different. It was just a fun thread to get the opinions of people...I thought it was funny b/c sitting in class this morning I had the sudden urge to run back to my room and read more comics. Lol...I'm such a dork. 🙂

haha you think the woman you'll be happy with for the rest of your life will be like that? You're living in a fantasy world. There's no guarantee you'll get that. And even if you do, you'd probably get bored of her.
