Is it bad if my video card doesn't have an IRQ???

I think there's some stuff not showing up there particularly on IRQs 10 and 11. Just a guess though.

if you have a 3d acclerated card then it requires busmastering for its full performance & hence needs an irq!
what videocard is it??

Bad, as in evil? No.
Bad, as in will your video card function improperly? Probably yes.

that card needs an irq.
what version via drivers are you using?
does device manager show the same irq usage??

I noticed that there are a number of &quot;IRQ holder for PCI IRQ steering&quot; listings, but no comment on what they're controlling. As you can see here, I have a number of holders, but then there is an item listed on the same IRQ. I would say that one of the holder IRQs is hiding your vid card IRQ, and wouldn't bother with it unless you're having problems with your video.

Actually, there is an option on the BIOS if you want to disable the IRQ on the display card. I've have yet to realize the difference between IRQ'd and non-IRQ'd ATI cards. But I did noticed some difference when using NVidia's.:cool:
