I always thought it was, but I see it all the time. Which leads me to the question: Is it bad? I always thought that it should only be used to start a sentence which ended in a question mark, and if you wanted to say something like "He is such a moron, which is funny considering his parents.", then you would use a coma instead of a new sentence. Please tell me
