Is it bad form to start a non-question sentence with 'Which'?

I always thought it was, but I see it all the time. Which leads me to the question: Is it bad? I always thought that it should only be used to start a sentence which ended in a question mark, and if you wanted to say something like "He is such a moron, which is funny considering his parents.", then you would use a coma instead of a new sentence. Please tell me

In conversational writing, feel free to start a sentence with that sort of a "which". You don't always have to adhere to strict rules.

In formal writing, "which" should usually be used at the start of a dependent clause. "He had a large head which prevented him from getting through doorways."

Of course, if you're starting a question, you can use "which". "A blue or red car? Which is it?" My example would probably fall under conversational or informal writing.
