pen*s and breasts in a paper for sexual harassment, or would that be considered sexual harassment?

I am trying to be brutal in my paper, or should I tone it down a bit?

If you are trying to harass someone.... then switch to the coloquial forms..

Otherwise, if you're writing it as a legitimate paper or article, penis and vagina and breasts are the MEDICAL terms for the human anatomy. Even TV uses those terms without problems.
