Is it always recommended to install the latest drivers?

Hi,

I'm using the basic nForce4-4x platform with the drivers that came with my motherboard (Gigabyte K8NF-9). I have no issues at all - G.lan working flawlessly, so does SATA cotroller.

Should I bother installing nVidia's latest driver set in any case?

OR

Should I stick with the saying: "If it works, don't fix it!"

Thanks!

Usually new drivers are supposed to fix outstanding issues and/or bring out new features.

But if you feel your system works just fine, then perhaps there's no reason to install newer drivers.
