Is it a requisite for an ISP to have an untrained monkey working as the AR clerk???

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

I have roughly 15 individual bills coming in from various ISP's a month. 10 are under one provider, 5 are under various other ones. 13 of the 15 monthly statements are so fubar'd I can't tell what the hell I'm supposed to pay anymore. My poor AP gals have phoned, faxed, and email'd God knows how many cancelled checks, AP journals, excel sheets and what not to get all of this crap straightened out and this has still gone on for 8 months.

This isn't even isolated to business acounts either. I've worked with 4 different ISP's for my home services and not a single one of them could get a billing statement right 3 months in a row. What's the damn problem?
