is it a good chance to hit 100mhz fsb with a cel. 633?

is there a good chance of that happening? building this system is gonna be more or less done during december, i was planning on buying my parts bit by bit, or should i just save up and see what intel and amd have out then? this is gonna be a budget system, so i won't be gettin any DDR ram or anything

and how well do duron's(i think they started permanently locking the multiplier, right?) take high fsb's? because i might not be able to get an unlocked duron then. thanx

i didnt use the stock heatsink as i was too lazy to remove the MSI from the mobo to slap the heatsink on. It looked like a pain to put the stock heatsink on, gorb's are so much easier.
