...that Ugly women will make better employees than good looking ones?

I'm just judging by the last couple of batches of new hires for non-sales positions in this company, and not a good looking woman in the bunch. 🙁

Some of the guys look decent (at least to a hetero male), so is the opposite true for men? Good looking men make better employees than Ugly ones?

Just curious... I'm just wondering if appearance is affecting the hiring patterns...
