IS it "99 Ranch" or "Ranch 99"

I call it Ranch 99, but I know officially it's 99 Ranch (their website). My friends call it Ranch 99 also, but recently I said "Ranch 99" in front of 3 ppl from socal and they were like "Ohhhh you're from norcal huh, cuz we all say '99 Ranch'"

Ok, and then people say "BOBA" are from SoCal? Norcal says Pearl Milk Tea? Or Tap?? I just said Pearl Milk Tea, but uhh yea... Lame.

Sorry, my post addresses Asians mostly. Ranch 99 is the Asian supermarket where you get everything for cheap cheap cheap! The only thing that may win is Safeway Club card deals.
