Set windows to change the clock automatically for you. That's the way it should be by default anyway.

it is on, I usually don't even know it's daylight savings and find windows telling me.
I just want to know when is the proper time to turn clocks backwards.

Date change in 2007

On August 8, 2005, President George W. Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This Act changed the time change dates for Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. Beginning in 2007, DST will begin on the second Sunday of March and end the first Sunday of November. The Secretary of Energy will report the impact of this change to Congress. Congress retains the right to revert the Daylight Saving Time back to the 2005 time schedule once the Department of Energy study is complete.

We here in Indiana never had DST. They changed that this year and now part of the state will be on one time zone and the other will be in the other time zone. It's so confusing. :|

It worked fine the way it was, then they had to break it.

So to answer the question, it is both 12:53 AND 11:53. :roll:
