Is is possible to use a bluetooth headset with a computer

OK this is the deal. I have a motorola blue tooth headset. I use it on my phone and it works perfectly. I want to get a bluetooth usb reciever for my computer and then use my bluetooth headset to do voice chatting for my computer. Will XP identify the device for audio use. Like I can use my bluetooth headset with my computer for voice chatting.....
