I have been an AMD fan since 1999 which is also the first computer i bought (AMD Athlon 500 Mhz)

Just now i was reading the post about a person's kid able to use AIM at the age of 3 and one member posted the link http://www.faceintel.com/ which is a consolidation of all of intel's corporate shame.

I've heard of intel's stories before such as leaving an unfinished building due to insufficient funds and letting it decay, dumping toxic waste to nearby communities etc...but after reading the stories on that site, i was in awe and disgust.

When i entered college last year, I got myself a IBM T40p laptop which runs on the Intel Pentium M 1.6Ghz...i really feel bad for betraying AMD but I have no choice, since long battery life is my number one priority.....but now i feel more guilty :(

Realize that site is made by people with an agenda, a beef with Intel. Most are fired employees.

In other words, do not believe everything you read on the internet.

Now if some intel fanboys would get together and list AMDS flaws we're even.

I am pretty certain you can dig up a lot of dirt on any of the biggest corporations in the world if you tried hard enough. To get where they are you can damn sure bet they trampled somebody else on the way up and have some shameful incidents in their past. I am an AMD fan too but I know they don't have an umblemished record either.

I'm sure no company does.

What you are more likely to find are disgruntled ex-employees who blame everyone else for their own shortcomings and mistakes.

Bingo.

I will say that this is a VERY fast paced and competitive environment. Some people just can't handle it.
