Is iLife included with OSX for free?

They do have the new Leopard Box Set though that includes iLife and iWork with Leopard. Quite a steal, if you ask me.
 
iLife 06 wasn't too bad, and iLife 08 wasn't that huge of an improvement over it. But the added things in iPhoto 09 alone (if you have a lot of family/travel photos) are almost worth the entry price.
 
I agree that the new iPhoto features are driving my purchase. I plan on using Garageband and iMovie, too, but having those organizing features for iPhoto would be pretty awesome.
