Is IE History stored in the registry or anything? Or can I just use the Tools -> Options -> Delete Cookies/Files/Clear History to clean up where I've been?

I don't think so... there in the favorites folder. The location of the favorites folder depends on your version of windows.

It's in this wierd index.dat database file, you have to boot from a boot disk to really get it. Same with cookies and the cache.

Speaking of windows, what type of shotgun round would you use to shoot through a window without causing too much shattering of the glass?

What type of glass? Home or auto? Home, your pretty much screwed no matter what, but I'd say either slug or high # shot (8 or 9). Auto? That stuff is the Hercules of glass man, no worries with anything.
