Is ibuypower reliable in regards to buying computer systems from them?

I was reading my PC Gamer, and I saw an awesome deal from IBuyPower on one of their AMD systems.

Are they reliable?

Should I order from them?

Has anybody ever ordered from them?
What were your experiences?

A friend of mine bought a PC from them. According to him, it would have cost him nearly $60 more to build the same thing himself, but I don't think that was cutting corners. It took him a bit over a month to get it so prices could have changed as well. I think he did research and found them to be a favorite among people in some forum. If I didn't build myself this is one place I would consider buying a PC from. I would NOT buy a Dell either.
