In my current attempts at overclocking I have a tradeoff of 7% faster Sandra benchmarks on memory, or 7% faster on CPU. Which is more important for Folding@home?
From past experience, F@H is a MHz game in general (as opposed to SETI that also factors in FSB and RAM). If you overclock via FSB (and have the options in your BIOS) you could speed up your RAM as well, for the heck of it.
