is hardware acceleration same as overclocking

ive been getting crash msgs lately that offer 2 suggestions update video drivers or decrease hardware acceleration i dont have my card oced much and a i have a zalman put on it but i play battle for middle earth 2 for hours on end so maybe its just gradually warming up over those few hours

im not sure

any ideas ?


btw the error msg reads
"Stop 0x00000000000000 THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER"
or something like that

i'd say get another copy of the drivers

reinstall drivers

it hasnt happened since the day after i installed them so it might be fine now BFME2 still runs a lil sluggish at times but the graphics are intense on "ultra high" settings so i dont really blame it to much if it happens again ill probably get the omega drivers for it...
