Is "Gun" Worth playing?

That Gun game has been out for a while so i'm guessing a lot of people have finished it. Is it worth playing? Most game review sites give it around an 8 out of 10, which for gaming review sites means average. My brother has it so i wouldn't have to pay for it.

Some of my friends liked it. I didn't think it was that great. After 3 GTAs my interest in the mission-based 3rd person shooters is waning a bit.

It was okay. The wide open play wasn't as big as I thought it would be. Also it just didn't feel completed to me. It wasn't very polished and felt rough around the edges. It kept me entertained for a little while though, but it could have been much better.

I agree with Alienwho. Since you'd just be borrowing it I'd say its worth your time. I would've still liked to finish it had I not moved away. I only played on the Xbox version though, which I would think would be a lot better. Games and ports like that for PC usually have quirky controls.

No, its rediculous. You kill all the towns people who sound an alarm.. then you kill like 6 more people, and then they're like "oh, hello.. good day". Stupid!

I played it for a little over an hour, and then uninstalled it. It wasn't real bad, but i dunno, i just couldn't get into it. The main reason i uninstalled it is because it was giving me mucho motion sickness for some reason, usually don't get that in 3rd person games, but whatever. It's not worth getting sick over, that's for sure 😛

I enjoyed it a lot. It got me interested in westerns. I used to hate them before this game. But the world is so solid, so interesting to look at. It's very distinct. I experienced a few bugs, when I played it. I beat it months ago. But they might be solved now.

I think it's definitely worth a look.

I liked it too. Not the best game in the world, but that is a ideal anyway. Its fun, without being overly annoying. I'd get stuck, walk away, come back later and clear that area thatI was stuck on. Fun. And western theme is GREAT for a change.

It's the best western game ever created.

thats not saying much since there haven't been many western games.

Hit the nail on the head. Wasn't a bad game, awesome voicing and okay plotline, but it's basically a starts off fun, then spirals downward into GTAish gameplay, imo.

Pretty fun. But the ending just doesn't fit with the rest of the game. It required out of the box thinking, when the rest of the game had just been fairly straightforward.

I played it and it was okay, but the story line was waaaaaaaaaaaay too short and there really is no need to do the side quests in order to succeed in the main quest. Once I had finished the main quest, I wasn't interested in the side quests. I did like the quickdraw mode.
