Is GPUZ accurate?

With a ATI Radeon Mobility 2600, and it came back saying my GPU was running at 200mhz, and RAM was at like 100mhz or something. But that the default speed for both is 400/500.

I do not get it, I had the notebook set to max performance in the powersettings, and I even turned off ATI powerplay, but that did not make a difference.

Does ATItool work on Vista x64?

The program is pretty new still, and doesn't handle all configurations yet. There is a feature in there to send a bug/config report, I'd suggest using and explain the issue you are having.
