I'd still like to know what makes the seniors who died from covid19 in those NY nursing homes so noteworthy, while the 550k Americans who died from covid19 via Trump's homicidal negligence get a shrug and silence. The difference is impossible to ignore, and while we all know why trumpets ignore Il Douche's death toll in 2020 the same way they ignore his own list of accusers, I wish they'd at least try. Maybe the hypocrisy becomes less of an issue for them over time? Similar to the whole having no shame thing I guess.

Having said that, I am all for Cuomo facing the music. Never liked the guy and he should be held accountable for his actions regardless if he is in office or not. Politicians need to uphold the dignity of their office, and if they don't, get rid of them. I thought his reaction appearance was nothing but cringe. I posted he was screwed months ago, only believe it more now. Thank you Dems for having ethics and spines. Refreshing stuff.

Because conservatives don't care about honesty or consistency. They are perfectly happy to say that Cuomo should go to prison for his negligent actions regarding those nursing homes and then completely ignore Trump's negligent actions that led to vastly more death. They don't care. If Cuomo wants to get off the hook with Republicans he needs to become a Republican.

As mentioned earlier in this thread conservatives only care what team you're on, your actions are irrelevant. As NYS has just shown Democrats don't work that way - they actually have principles.
