Is google okay with multiple Gmail aliases?

I know they'd probably never notice, but since I've been moving away from my ISP's email system towards using gmail exclusivley, it's starting to become a matter of concern for me. I have one adress that uses my normal online handle. All of my shopping, forums, etc go to it. I have another alias that uses my real name and a number which I use for all of my professional stuff... consulting, job hunting, etc.

Am I okay using both? Is there some way I can get them tied together so I'm not violating any kind of TOS? I'm starting to rely on it heavily and its making me very nervous.
