If they appear to be down for you, it's a DNS issue with Akamai.

Yahoo is flaky for me now, keep having to hit the refresh. I think it's choking on the 95MB increase

yahoomail on and off this morning from home. haven't tried here at work. i suspected this is because the quota increase to 100 MB. something still isn't right.
