I am presently running Windows XP 32 Bit on Gigabyte EP35-DS3L rev. 2.0 motherboard.

I am planning on upgrading to windows 7 Professional, so I wanted to know if i purchased Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit, would i be able to run it on my PC ?

My PC Specs are :
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
4 GB DDR2 RAM
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT
Gigabyte Gigabyte EP35-DS3L rev. 2.0


Are my PC Specs compatible for 64 Bit OS ?
