Is gay population % on the rise?

As I get older, I seem to spot more gay people around school and neighborhood. Not that I have anything against them. To me, it seems like there's increasing % of gay people.
 
I would guess there are not more gay people, it is just more accepted today. Thus many homosexuals are starting to feel that they don't need to hide it anymore. Tolerance and acceptance are good things.
 
Thanks to Hollywood, there isn't as much stigma attached to being gay. So as buck said, they are hiding anymore.

Seems people are more likely to be strung up around here (ATOT) if they read the bible than if they were homosexual.

No they have been around since man and woman were born.

It's just now something they can be and not be stoned to death or outcasted so easy.

We still have those ignorant enough to think they are a menance to society.

For those that love to stick to the 'Bible' on it, there are so many other violations of the bible out there that what someone does in their privacy is laughable to worry about.

I like women, but if someone wants to date among their same team it doesn't bother me and shouldn't anyone else.

I agree and I'm sure it would account for some of the perceived increase in the gay population. I'm sure the fact that being gay is more socially acceptable nowadays is probably encouraging more of the younger generation to experiment too. I don't think that's necessarily a good thing though.
 
Since they can't reproduce, and their disease (ooops 😀) is not hereditary, it is interesting how everything is going to turn out. A ultimate nature's way to stop overpopulation?

Like those that are 'gay', your political party doesn't make a difference. Most voting is done bipartisan without thought to the issue(s) at hand.
