Is g400 video card an 1.5v type?

I bought an MSI ultra-ar with the new 845d chipset using ddr. The AGP slot has a warning sticker that its accept only 1.5v type. Is a Matrox g400 dual head ok to use? It fits in the agp slot. Thanks for any advice.
