Is Fry's warranty transferable?

So I bought a laptop from a person, he bought it from Fry's like 2 months ago, he gave me the receipt also, can I bring the laptop along with the receipt to Fry's so the 1 yr warranty can be transfered to my name?

Hopefully it's possible but if not it's still cool 😛

Oh that's just in case if some small problem I can bring it to Fry's (only 5 mins away) instead of calling Fujitsu for a fix. The 1 yr manufacture warranty is always here.

I am sure it is past their return policy for laptops. You will have to go through the manufacturer for repairs.

return policy is 15 days only from Fry's. A friend told me if there are ever a problem within half year, go to Fry's and get angry and upset at the superviser or manager, they will fix it or if the problem is big enough, they will give you store credit. (in my friend's case, she bought the laptop back to Fry's in 4th month due to LCD backlit was gone, she got full store credit to buy herself another laptop)
