People who make fun of the Florida voting fiasco need to do some research. It's not as black and white as it seems, there is more to it than people who didn't know how to vote. The Republicans were very clever.

The votes in Florida would not have made a difference. Bush won by a bigger margin because of the military votes that came in after all 50 states had turned in their votes. The margin of difference between Gore and Bush was not as close as people complained about it being after they tallied the military votes. Bush clearly won.
