Is everything here set correctly?

I installed a second 2GB stick of RAM and I'm wondering if everything's set correctly. That, and I'm wondering if someone could explain NB Frequency and FSB : RAM. The two sticks of RAM I have are:

I'm assuming since I haven't taken anything off of auto in the BIOS and I haven't touched the motherboard it should be fine but I've had a string of bad luck lately so I'd rather check and find out it was a stupid question instead of not check and find out I should have. Thanks for any info.
