I have received about 5 of these emails with some executable attached. (Obviously I haven't run the executable, nor do I intend to or would I suggest anyone else does)

Just curious if a lot of people are getting this email

Yeah I have gotten quite a number of them and i would say that they are a virus.

I got close to 30 of those last week. I just foward the attachment back and tell them to take care of their worm.

LOL I did the same thing but from a different e-mail address, hehe.

I have been getting several of those, both from the same sender (or is this a part of the virus?). I emailed the person back and warned them that his computer was affected. But if the virus is making up the sending address randomly, then it probably did no good. I use yahoo mail though so I blocked it anyway Yahoo email does report it as the Sircam Virus.

Sorry guys, I really dont care enough to keep up with the latest viruses
(Though, come to think of it, I had heard of this worm virus a while ago, but I had not received any of them until this week, and I have received numerous ones in the past few days)


I am smart enough to not open attachments from anyone whom I do not know and trust. (And yes, I have virus software installed that checks attachments)

This is the message that comes with the SirCam virus.

At least that is what Inoculate says the attachment is infected with.
